@Nuno Pato Can you take a look πŸ‘†

  • TU

    Any news?

  • NU

I will have a look soon

  • NU

    Will post the update here

  • NU

@Mr.Umbrella can you check now? I have restored the latest backup available for that project

  • NU

it was created right before the project was paused

  • MR

Thank you. I'll check as soon as I get back home

  • NU

    no worries

  • NU

    let me know

  • MR

Ok, everything seems fine. I can see / access the db, and the data is there. Thank you

  • MR

just a quick info: we do have many projects on the 'starter' (free) plan, which we normally use as dev-only instances

  • MR

and also some 'pro' (paid) instances, the ones we use as backends for our production instances. Of course, the Pro projects never switch to sleep mode

  • MR

But the starter ones often do. Was this "db wipe" (if we can call it that way) an isolated event, an expected behaviour after waking a project up, or is it a bug you're aware of and planning to work on ?

  • MR

    Anyways, thank you!

  • JA

I had the exact same issue happen to me. It is now out of sleep but the database is gone.

  • EL

Hmm, I think it's an issue with the way the database is restored. @Nuno Pato, do you know more about this? It does not seem to be an isolated event.

  • JA

What info do you need from me in order to look into the issue?

  • JA

    DB name: ljpteqddwiwtwnedgldt

  • NU

@Mr.Umbrella hopefully a few isolated events! we had a bug a couple of weeks ago when resuming paused projects that has been fixed.. we will have another look this week to see if your projects were affected somehow because of that bug

  • NU

    @Jason O will check now

  • JA

I just confirmed it is working again. Thank you @Nuno Pato

  • NU

    no worries
