How can I configure the min password length in the cloud project settings? There's an entry in config.yaml for the cli but i can't seem to find the setting for a cloud project

We don't have that option in our dashboard yet. If you want, we can set it manually if you need a custom value other than the default one.

thanks, i'll DM you when we're ready to set it on a real project. in the meantime you may want to make the config.yaml default the same at least as whatever the cloud project default is because it is currently "3" right now in the default config.yaml created when you run nhost init

but then i think is 8 or something live, so it wa sa bit confusing why the same signups that work for cli development didn't work after deploying, though i guess maybe it's on purpose so signups are easier with the cli ith short passwords

also i think the password length check only seems to apply at signup and not change password which is probably not intentional?
